- First there were only 200.000 units of Red and Green produced, because everyone thought, that it wouldn't be that good. After a few days many shops complained, 'cause they need more of these games.
- There were rumors that Satoshi Tajiri, the creator of Pokémon, died during the Tohoku-Earthquake in 2011. But he is still alive.
- Pokémon is a short form and means Pocket Monsters.
- Gengar is also known as the shadow of Clefable. The wings became spikes, the tail uncurled and the hair curle spiked.
- Believe it or not, but once Clefable should be the signature feature of Pokémon, insteadt of Pikachu.
