Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire - Confirmed!

Now it's official. Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire get their remakes.

It's been a long time and we still have to wait half a year, but yesterday, 7th May 2014, The Pokémon Company and Nintendo confirmed the remakes of the Hoenn-games, Ruby and Sapphire.

It's said, that the games will be released simultaneous all over the world in November 2014 (no fixed date until now). There isn't much information about games now, but I'll try to keep you guys informed.

For now, there are only a (honestly lame) teaser trailer and pics of the possible game covers:

P.S. I will buy Pokémon Omega Ruby ;)

Lugia

Lugia is a legendary Pokémon from the Johto-Region. It's types are Psychic/Flying and is one of the strongest Pokémon.

Lugia is besides Mewtwo the strongest Psychic-Pokémon, but Mewtwo has a higher attack and Lugia a higher defense.

Lugia has been the mascot of the games: Pokémon Silver Version, Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness, Pokémon Soulsilver;
That makes it to the record holder of most number of times used as a game mascot.

Before the release of Pokémon Gold and Silver Lugia was only known as "Pokémon X".

Despite not being a Water type, Lugia has occasionally been depicted as a Water type in the Trading Card Game.

Lugia is also the tallest Psychic-type Pokémon that exists.

And Lugia is also the Pokémon with the most shiny forms:
  • Normal shiny: White/Red
  • Only Pokémon XD: Dark blue/White
  • Only Pokémon Stadium 2: White Green

There is also much more information about Lugia, but I think these are the most important things.

Hope you guys like my blog :)

My Top 10 Legendarys - Part 2

Now I present you my top 5 favorite Pokémon:

5th Place:

Mewtwo

Mewtwo exists since the first generation and I think everybody knows him. It's one of the strongest Pokémon and I think the strongest Psychic Pokémon beside Lugia. It's the 150th Pokémon and hard to chatch, if you don't use a master ball.

4th Place:

Azelf

Azelf is a member of the lake guardians which is assembled by Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf. It exists since the Sinnoh-Region and has the type Psychic. I think it's really cute and cool and i like the blue color on his head. Azelf also stands for will power. That's why I like it so much.

3rd Place:

Latios

Latios comes from the Hoenn-Region and is the counterpart to Latias. Latios types are Dragon/Psychic. It's a very fast and very strong Pokémon and with the item Soul Dew it get's much stronger. I like Latios, because it looks like much self-esteem.

2nd Place:

Jirachi

It's hard to find a Pokémon, which is as cute as this little friend here. Jirachi looks like a sweet but weak Pokémon, but it can be really strong. With it's combination of Psychic/Steel it can be really strong. It learns great moves and has also a great defense power.

1st Place:

Lugia

And the winner is....... Lugia.
Lugia is a really great Pokémon. It's very strong and has a high defense. Lugia is besides Mewtwo the strongest Psychic Pokémon. Many people think Lugia is also a water type Pokémon, because it lives in the ocean. But Lugia is a Psychic/Flying. Lugia is also the tallest Psychic Pokémon that exists. I really do love Lugia and I have it everytime in my team.

Thank you for reading my Top 10 Legendarys. The next post will be about Lugia. I hope you will like it :)

My Top 10 Legendarys - Part 1

Today I present you my personal ranking of legendary Pokémon:

10th Place:

Reshiram

Reshiram is catchable in Pokémon Black and Pokémon White 2. It's types are Dragon/Fire. I think Reshiram is a real strong Pokémon an looks pretty cool.

9th Place:

Entei

Entei is a Pokémon from Johto which flees everytime you see it. It's a fire type Pokémon and one of the three legendary big cats. It's also strong and hard to catch.

8th Place:

Dialga

Dialga is a Pokémon from the 4th generation and has the type combination Dragon/Steel. These Types make it very defensive. It's also immune against poison. For me Dialga is one of the coolest legendary Pokémon.

7th Place:

Zapdos

Zapdos is one of the legendary birds and exists since generation 1. It's types are Electro/Fly, which makes it strong against the other two Arcticuno and Moltres. Zapdos is vey fast and learns great moves.

6th  Place:

Darkrai

Darkrai is a Dark-Pokémon from the 4th generation. It's the counterpart to Cresselia. Darkrai is a very strong an mightful Pokémon. It was only catchable through an event. I also like Darkrai due to the 10th Pokémon movie.

the last 5 Pokémon are coming soon. Hope you like it :)

Raging Ruby and Stormy Sapphire

I think the most of us want to have a remake of the games Ruby and Sapphire. But it isn't officially confirmed. But before the remakes of red and green and silver and gold, there were many signs.

Signs for Firered/Leafgreen:
  • In Ruby and Sapphire gym leader Brawly said, that he often trains with Bruno.

Signs for Heartgold/Soulsilver:
  • The Reportage about the red Gyarados
  • Reports about Prof. Elm
  • The shrine in Celestic Town (Elyses) is the same as in the Ilex Forest
  • The appearance of Jasmine

Possible signs for Raging Ruby/Stormy Sapphire:
  • A Backpacker in the Desert Resort talks about the desert glasses
  • A family in Undella Town comes from the Hoenn-Region and mentions Steven Stone
  • In the Dream World you got contest scarfs, which exist only in the Hoenn-Region (Ruby, Sapphire)
  • In Lumiose City in the museum of art, there are pictures of the Hoenn-, Sinnoh- and Unova-Region

I can't promise you, that there will be a remake, but there are many signs and I hope it really.

And now a possible cover for Raging Ruby and Stormy Sapphire

I hope you like my post. It would be cool, if you share him too ;)

Pokécharms - Trainercards

Hey, today I want to present you a really cool webpage. It's called Pokécharms and it's a great site for all Pokémon-fans.
You can find there the newest information about Pokémon, like the brandnew Pokémon Diancie. There you can find very cool pictures from other users or chat with them.

For me the best thing is the "Trainer Card Maker". You can create you own, specific Trainer Card: Your Pokémon, your badges or your personal sprite. On the bottom of this blog, you can find my Trainer Cards for Pokémon Black and Pokémon Platinum.

It's totally worth it to visit this page :)

I would be pleased, if you share this page with your friends or so.

Missingno.

Hey, there! Sorry, that I didn't wright for so long time, but now I'm back. And I want to start again with the mystery behind Missingno. I think we all know the stories of a pixelated character, which appears in Pokémon Green, Red and Blue mostly on the east coast of the Cinnabar Island.

But what is Missingno. for? Why is it in the game? Missingno. is the short form of Missing number. So it might be Pokémon #152. Missingno. can be seen as a stopgap. When Pokémon was created, there was a little place for more data left. So the programers included the glitch of Missingno. into the game.

What is Missingno. for? When you fight against Missingno. and you beat it, your Item on the 6th place raises dramatically. Instead of a number, there is pixelated image in front of the name of the item. But if you catch Missingno., your savegame may get damaged. So be careful of what you do.
Me, for myself, caught Missingno. many times and it didn't happen anything special. It also doesn't know many attacks. Hope you like my Blog and I would be pleased, if you leave a comment.

A pic of the many forms of Missingno.
